I BUY A SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes! FYT offers a free 7-day trial to new users to try our on-demand and live workouts. If you’re not ready to get started you can cancel your account before your trial ends and you will not be charged.
WHAT ARE THE FYT SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?
We offer a monthly subscription option and a 12-month annual subscription option.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
You can cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time in the portal. Just go in the My Account section. You will need to visit the login page to be able to access My Account.
Annual memberships auto-renew and should be cancelled before the renewal date.

I CAN’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
If you’re having trouble remembering your password, it’s best to reset it. After hitting “login”, you’ll see an option for “forgot password”. Input the email address you used for signup and then wait for an email with a link to reset your password. This password reset email can take 5-10 minutes to receive so thanks for being patient!
I DIDN’T GET A PASSWORD RESET EMAIL. NOW WHAT?
Make sure to check your spam! If you didn’t receive after 10 minutes, feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help reset.
WHEN I LOG IN, I’M ASKED TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN, WHY?
If you’re seeing a note to “reactivate your account” with an option to select your subscription plan, that means your credit card on file failed to be charged. Perhaps it has expired or been canceled. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact our team at email@example.com for additional support.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE EMAIL ON MY ACCOUNT?
We can absolutely help! Send our team a note at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address you would like to use and we’ll get it updated for you.
